Good Morning Country Wins at Tamworth Country Music Awards

Popular breakfast program Good Morning Country, has been announced the winner of the Most Popular Radio Programcategory at the 2009 Australian Country Music People’s Choice Awards, held in Tamworth on January 20, 2009.
Daniel Laforest, General Manager of community radio representation company Spots & Space says:Â Good Morning Country is a great example of how independent and diverse community radio stations all over Australia can deliver one audience.
Good Morning Country is broadcast exclusively on community radio stations and is produced and syndicated by the Community Radio Network. The daily show, which runs from five in the morning, combines a mixture of rural news and reporting with country music and artist interviews.
Good Morning Country is on Monday to Friday from 5am to 9am and reaches the audiences of 68 regional community radio stations, nationally. Winning the People’s Choice Award is another demonstration of the program’s growing popularity.
As national sales representatives, Spots & Space offer a “one stop shop” service to advertisers, providing access to Australia’s community radio stations with one call.  Companies wishing to find out about advertising opportunities on Good Morning Country should call Spots & Space
